No.
Seriously.
What’s
so odd about this magazine? I mean, more than many don’t have an inkling about
it. Just like more than many do not have inkling about revolutions erupting in
slums and under asbestos roofs. Hell and heaven, they are states of mind. And
imagine the numeric years that works like Joyce’s Ullysses and Kerouac’s On The
Road took to get published and how generations got mad and swirled in
alcohol and drugs maybe just to breathe outside the herd. This magazine is that
freedom, that levitation, that mercy on the wait to the absolute.
Trumpet
roll, here’s Oddity 8:
Odd Poetry by Jan Theuninck and Mathew John
Davies, Odd Review of Jack Kerouac’s Book
of Haiku by Kanchan Chatterjee, Odd Interview of photographer Nikolay
Tikhomirov, Odd Art by Rochishnu Sanyal, Odd Shorts by Sreemanti Sengupta, Odd
Articles by Şenol Erdoğan
Coming
up are life lusting issues rolling with madness. Till then dig in, stay odd.
Be Odd. Very
Odd.
Yours Oddly
Sreemanti Sengupta
Odditor, The Odd Magazine
